Article corrections
No public submission route is currently listed here. An article error is easiest to locate with the disputed sentence, its page name and the study that challenges it. A study title or DOI identifies the paper. Broken references and ambiguous ingredient names are useful things to flag.
I am especially grateful for corrections that disentangle a mixture from its ingredients, or a human-tissue experiment from a trial in people. A short explanation of the discrepancy is plenty; no special terminology is required.
Treatment questions
Personal medical details have no place in an article correction. A clinician who can assess a person's history is the right place for questions about treatment, dose or an adverse reaction.
The articles and their sources cannot settle an individual reaction or a treatment decision. The reading list may help identify the particular paper involved in a question.
